To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rewards Fuel LLC disclaims liability for data loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, corruption, or any harm arising from your use of the service or from data you or others submit. 1. Who we are

Rewards Fuel LLC (“Rewards Fuel”, “we”, “us”) provides contest and sweepstakes software. We are incorporated in Saint Kitts and Nevis. Questions: privacy@rewardsfuel.com.

2. Scope

This policy applies to our website, dashboard, APIs, widgets, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service you acknowledge this policy and our Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Information we may collect

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect or receive:

  • Account data — name, email, password hash, company, billing-related identifiers.
  • Contest data — contest settings, entry methods, entrant submissions, statistics, and exports you generate.
  • Contestant data — information entrants submit when entering a contest (e.g. email, name, answers, social actions).
  • Technical data — IP address, browser, device, logs, cookies, referral URLs, and similar usage data.
  • Communications — support messages and feedback you send us.
  • Payment data — processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.

You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to collect and use data you request from entrants.

4. How we may use information

We may use information to operate, maintain, and improve the Service; authenticate users; process billing; provide support; send service-related messages; detect abuse; and comply with legal requests we choose to honor. We may use aggregated or de-identified data for analytics and product development.

5. How data is shared

  • Contest holders and contestants. If you run a contest, entrant data is available to you as the contest operator. If you enter a contest, your data is shared with that contest’s operator. We are not responsible for how contest holders use, store, or disclose entrant data.
  • Service providers. We use hosting, email, analytics, payment, and other vendors who may process data on our behalf. Their practices are their own.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information if we believe it necessary to protect rights, property, safety, or to respond to lawful process — in our sole discretion.
  • Business transfers. Data may transfer in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

6. Data disclaimer — no liability

READ CAREFULLY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

  • The Service and all data handling are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, security, confidentiality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  • We do not warrant that data will be secure, error-free, uninterrupted, backed up, recoverable, or free from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or destruction.
  • We are not liable for any data breach, leak, theft, corruption, deletion, or misuse — whether caused by us, you, a contest holder, a contestant, a third party, or force majeure.
  • We are not liable for contest holders’ compliance with privacy, sweepstakes, marketing, or consumer laws. Contest holders are solely responsible for their contests and entrant data.
  • We are not liable for third-party sites, social networks, email providers, or integrations you enable.
  • Any request to access, correct, or delete data is handled at our discretion and subject to our Terms; we may refuse or charge a reasonable fee where permitted by law.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our data practices is to stop using the Service.

7. Security

We may implement technical and organizational measures we consider appropriate, but we make no representation that any measure is adequate for your purposes or any regulatory regime. You use the Service and submit data at your own risk.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

We and our partners may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, analytics, and advertising. You can adjust browser settings, but some features may not work. We do not guarantee honouring “Do Not Track” or similar signals.

9. International transfers

Data may be stored and processed in the United States, the European Union, or other countries where we or our providers operate. By using the Service you consent to such transfers without additional safeguards unless required by mandatory law — and you waive claims arising from transfer location to the extent permitted.

You are responsible for your own compliance. Where law grants you rights, contact us; we will respond only as required by mandatory law and our Terms.

We do not knowingly target children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we may delete it at our discretion.

11. Retention

We may retain data as long as we deem necessary for operations, legal defence, backups, or other business purposes. We may delete data at any time without notice. We are not liable for data deleted per this policy or the Terms.

12. Manage your data

Contest holders may access or delete account data from the dashboard: https://app.rewardsfuel.com/account. Contestants may use the contest privacy page: https://angmar.rewardsfuel.com/privacy. Requests are subject to verification and our discretion.

13. Changes

We may change this policy at any time by posting an updated version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may, but need not, be notified by email or in-product notice.
